I was born and raised in the Country of Latvia. Latvia was part of the Soviet Union until 1991. I traveled to the United States in 1996 where I met my husband, Rick. The United States gave me
the opportunity to pursue my dreams while being able to help others pursue their dreams.
In 2001, I became a United States citizen.
I have been in the Real Estate business since 2002. I originally started with Coldwell Banker NRT
in New Jersey. After moving to South Carolina in 2005, most of my career has been spent with MBC Real Estate Company where I have been specializing in both the residential and commercial markets.
In 2004 I earned the designation " Coldwell Banker Preferred Property Agent" by selling over
6 properties each worth over $950,000 in one year. Currently I am working towards my Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which is the highest and most prestigious designation in the commercial real estate field. I am currently a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors (CCAR) and the South Carolina CCIM Chapter.
